• Solidification: One package solidifies 650mL of oil
• Preparation:
1. Put in:
o Add product immediately after frying while oil is hot.
o If oil is cold, heat to 90-180℃ before use.
2. Stir:
o Thoroughly mix until no grains remain in the oil.
3. Wait until it hardens:
o Solidification time varies with room temperature and oil amount.
o Solidifies when temperature drops (below 40°C).
4. Discard:
o Let it cool before disposing of as burnable garbage.
• If it does not solidify:
o If too much oil or low temperature, it may not solidify.
o Reheat oil to 90-180°C, turn off heat, reinsert product, and follow instructions again.
